TESTER LICENSING AGREEMENT
In consideration of the mutual covenants provided herein, you and I agree to the following:
1. I will provide to you a physical controller.
2. You agree that this is a limited license to allow you to use the controller only for the testing and feedback purposes, following the rules outlined below.
3. You are not permitted to share the controller with others.
4. You are not authorized or permitted to sell or offer to sell the controller.
5. You are not permitted to modify the controller. If you desire to modify the controller, you must agree to the separate Collaborator terms available upon request.
5. You agree not to scan the controller to make a derivative work or to otherwise make a computer file capable of being used to design or manufacture a controller.
6. I make no representation or warranty about the quality or operation of the controller. You agree to use the controller at your own risk.

This project is not about profit, but please understand that making these prototypes involves buying a Logitech G203 ($30-40), 7 hours of 3D printing, and 2-3 hours of manual soldering and assembly. The donation helps me offset the material cost so I can continue to share this project with more people.

Thank you for your support! I have recently received a lot of requests for prototypes. I’m working hard to make more. Please understand that each prototype takes many hours, and I can only make a few a week in my free time.
If I can’t get to yours in time, I’ll keep your info on my list, and you’ll hear about the next generation when it’s ready.
